Our History

Established in 1992 and located in Hai’an, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China, Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. has been a dedicated manufacturer of power transformers up to 500KV for over three decades.

Our team consists of more than 180 engineers and technical staff, complemented by a workforce of over 1200 employees. We operate across a vast area of 240,000 square meters. Our products are designed to meet a range of international standards, including IEEE, ANSI, DOE, CSA, UL, and IEC.

Furthermore, we boast six specialized branch factories that focus on the production of power transformer accessories such as enameled wire, oil tanks, radiators, molds, clamps, and more. This comprehensive production line ensures the consistent quality of our products.

We accept OEM and ODM orders and provide a minimum two-year warranty on all Yawei transformers

1993

1993.3 The expansion plant of 2500 square meters, “Yawei” trademark successfully registered, dry power transformer production began.

1993.8 Nantong Yawei transformer factory was bom in the beautiful Jianghai Plain

2006

Newly expanded factory area of 25,000 square meters, newly built professional transformer plant and three-story office building.

Nantong Budweiser Electric Co.,Ltd. Was established. The annual output value of the group exceeded 100 million for the first time

Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co.,Ltd. registered new plant 86000 square meters. Establish Nantong

2010

The company’s first 110KV transformer has been successfully developed and passed the type test and product identification.

2011

Since 2011,Mr. Yang Liwen, chairman of the board, has been awarded as the outstanding entrepreneur of Hai ‘an City every year.

Nantong Zhihe Electric Co.,Ltd. was established, and the annual output value of the group exceeded 300 million.

2012

“Yawei” trademark was rated as Nantong famous trademark. The realization of information management, the company online operation ERP management system.

Nantong Baxter New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established, the annual output value of the group exceeded 500 million.

In 2017,the company was selected as one of Nantong Top 100 Private Enterprises.Obtained the high-tech enterprise certificate. The annual output value of the group exceeds 1 billion.

Set up “Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co.,LTD. Special Transformer Factory”. An extension of 44,000 square meters and a 500kV factory building.
